Unfortunately Our Fridge Failed within 3 months

Unfortunately we have not had a great experience thus far. The unit itself is beautiful but in less than 3 months we had a complete failure and lost everything in the fridge and freezer have already had 2 LG technicians here to replace and recharge a compressor and have another one scheduled to perform another replacement of the compressor and condenser. We are still working out of a temporary fridge until we are assured this one will maintain temperature. Over $1000 worth of groceries lost so far with no resolution yet from LG. Very Disappointing.

I have had the refrigerator for 11 months and have not had any issues with it. The features are what I have expected. It is quiet and has nice soft close doors. It has plenty of room. The ice makers are nice. There have been two occasions where I needed to remove the door ice maker and break up the ice as it bonded together in a large block. The only other thing was when I was changing the water filter and I took it out and noticed the it was completely dry. Found out that water was not going through it. After I poured water into the filter from my sink effectively priming the filter it started to work.

Wow very impressed with this refrigerator It is so deep you can put a lot more on the shelves. Gallon tea containers fit on the right door shelves and the left door shelves are perfect for salad dressings chocolate syrup caramel syrup ketchup and mustard. Love the two ice cube systems. Excellent crushed ice and nice cubed ice as well. The lower ice tray in the freezer came in handy for the Thanksgiving guests. Love the pull out tray in the freezer to put ice cream containers on. Nice deep freezer drawers hold quite a bit. We are really satisfied and our guests were super impressed with this refrigerator.

I bought this unit based consumer reviews. After receiving the upper left door would not close properly. LG sent out a repair vendor and he said that it was a common problem and there was nothing that could be done with it. LG sent out another repair man and he said the same thing. I enjoy the size and spacious interior. It has large drawers. However the water dispenser does not shut off automatically when the glass is full like my last refrigerator and I was told during an online chat with an LG agent that the dispenser could be set to dispense a specific number of ounces of water. That isnt true. The inside shelves have only a couple of adjustment levels many less than my last frig. Also the left door doesnt open far enough to easily remove the drawer on that side. Im not sure why the doors dont open further. So overall we are happy with this purchase but miss a few features we had in the past.

Ive only had my new LG refrigerator for a week but so far I love it Previously I had a side-by-side and there was just no space in it. I didnt think I liked the freezer on the bottom but when I saw the flex drawer option I liked the idea of using that as a freezer for things I used most often hello ice cream drawer so I decided to give this one a try. Im so glad I did There is so much room in this refrigerator I feel like I cant fill it up Id been considering getting a spare fridge for in the garage and now I dont have to go to that expense. Everything is so organized and I love that I have room for bigger things that would never have fit in my old side-by-side such as bigger party platters or ice cream cakes. I also really like that I can monitor the stats of the fridge via the app and that theres a nighttime setting that adjusts the brightness of the fridge at night. I have sensitive eyes so the dimmer light is perfect for me. My one word of caution is with delivery. The delivery team removed my front door to fit this in my house and they scratched the front in a few places. Its really minor and barely noticeable but I think it only scratched because they took the protective cover off outside. Keep an eye on the delivery team and make sure they dont remove that until its inside if at all possible.

I am truly enjoying the features on the fridge including the middle drawer that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator and the two icemakers are great. The ice dispenser dispenses a little smaller ice than the ice that is in the container in the freezer. There is plenty of room in the fridge. Temperatures are easy to control with either my phone or the electronic panel inside the fridge. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

We both love this refrigerator. It makes 2 different sizes of ice and the ice makers make a lot of ice you wont run out of ice. The refrigerator is beautiful.

Ive had this 29 cf French 4 door refrig with convert drawer for 2 weeks now and love it Love the large bins for veggies and fruit. There is no dripping water from the ice and water maker. Its a great size

Great refrigerator

I bought this from the LG website. Delivery date was at first confusing but the while process was smooth after I confirmed my delivery date. The refrigerator looks great and appears to have more room than my previous refrigerator which was essentially the same measurements. I also really love the convertible drawer - nice to have this potential.

Great all around

Great refrigerator. It is very quiet when it is cooling and very well lighted on the interior. The middle drawer feature is great for cheeses sliced meats etc. it really helps keeps things organized and frees up a lot space in the main cabinet. The water delivery in the door works very well. Other brands merely trickle from the dispenser.
