Labor fee:

  • Sterling Appliance’s labor fee is based off a National Appliance Service Labor Chart. These fees are subject to change based on appliance diagnostic.

Parts: all parts pricing is given by Technician after diagnostic is completed.

Late Fee: Sterling Appliance Service Department requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for all service calls. If service is canceled within the 48-hour window, a $49.95 cancellation fee will be billed to the owner of the property. The Sterling Appliance Technician will send an email to the owner or property manager of the address with the cancellation reason and fee reminder. An emailed invoice of $49.95 will be sent shortly thereafter if no additional service is needed or will be atached to the final invoice after service is completed.

Policies and Procedures

30 Day Labor Warranty

Sterling Appliance strives to finish each job perfectly; however, some issues may arise after initial repair. Sterling Appliance will work with you to solve problems or errors related to the service invoiced within 30 days of repair on the customer’s appliance. A follow up diagnostic will be provided free of charge to customers with additional parts and labor billed after all issues are resolved. If an additional issue not related to the first repair occurs within 30 days a re-diagnostic fee of $49.95 will be charged to evaluate the new problem with the additional charges of parts and labor.

Sterling Appliance Labor Policy

Sterling Appliance offers a 30-day warranty on labor performed.

Labor is refundable only if:

  1. Replacement part or billed labor did not remedy reported issue with appliance.
  2. Issues arise with the appliance within 30 days that are directly related to the repair.

Labor is NOT refundable if:

  1. Customer denies additional parts that are recommended for quoted repair.
    i.e., Tech recommends water inlets when doing a filter manifold replacement.
  2. Customer is informed that additional parts may be needed after quoted repair.
    i.e., Control replacements where unit cannot be fully tested during diagnosis.
  3. Additional issues arise within 30 days of repair that are not directly related to any parts installed during repair or labor performed during repair.
